Aluminum body repair for the cars most shops decline
Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, Porsche, Ferrari, Range Rover, Audi and the F-150 in your driveway. Aluminum needs its own tools, its own bay and a technician who has done it before. We have all three.
Aluminum does not behave like steel. It work-hardens when you push it, it cannot be heated the same way, and a single steel grinding dust particle left on it will corrode through the paint in a year. That is why manufacturers require a separate aluminum work area and dedicated tooling, and why most body shops send aluminum cars elsewhere.
How we repair aluminum
- Dedicated tooling and clean area. Aluminum-only hammers, dollies, files and abrasives, kept away from the steel side of the shop. Cross-contamination is the most common cause of aluminum repairs failing later.
- Joins done the manufacturer's way. Self-piercing rivets, structural adhesive, flow-drill screws or MIG welding on a GYS aluminum setup — whichever the OEM procedure calls for on that panel.
- Measured, not eyeballed. Structural aluminum is measured on the bench before and after, because a few millimeters out on a bonded structure cannot be pulled back later.
- Corrosion protection restored. Every bare edge gets the OEM-specified treatment before paint, so the repair lasts as long as the panel next to it.
- Paint matched by computer, blended by hand. Tri-coats, pearls and the deep solids luxury brands use are matched in our mixing room and blended into the adjacent panel so the repair does not show in Florida sun.
Cars that have been through the bay
Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce Corniche, Porsche Macan, Ferrari and Tesla — the photos on our home page are real customer cars, not stock images. The same tooling and procedures apply to the aluminum-bodied everyday cars: Ford F-150, Range Rover, Audi, Jaguar.
Insurance on a luxury repair
Insurers' first estimates on aluminum cars are often written for a steel repair. We document the OEM procedure with the estimate so the supplement is about facts, not opinions, and you are not pushed toward a cheaper method the manufacturer does not permit.

Asked before you book
Will the repair be visible?
A properly done aluminum repair with matched, blended paint is not distinguishable from the factory finish. Where a panel is too damaged to repair to that standard, we quote replacement and tell you why.
Do you use OEM parts on luxury cars?
On structural and aluminum panels, yes — the repair procedure and the warranty depend on it. Where an insurer specifies aftermarket parts we tell you and explain the difference before anything is ordered.
My car is a classic. Can you handle it?
Yes. Older aluminum and steel bodies, rust repair and restoration-grade paint are done in the same bay, with the extra time they need built into the estimate.
